# Houses

The housing system in Exordion is simple and straightforward, designed to make players' lives easier. See below how it works:

### 🔍 Checking Availability and Price

To know if a house is **available** and what its **price**:

* **Type "look" at the house door**.
* If it's available, the message will show the purchase price and the weekly rent.

You must be at least ***level 20*** to rent a house.

### 🛒 How to Buy

If the house is available:

* Stand **still in front of the house door**.
* Type the command: `!buyhouse`
* The purchase will be made immediately, if you have enough money on you or in the bank.

### 📅 Weekly Rent

* The house rent is **charged weekly**.
* Payment is made **automatically** with the **bank money**. If there is no balance, the system will try to use the **depot money**.

### 🏠 **House Sales**

* To sell your house, use the command **`!sellhouse nickname`**.
* The seller needs to be **inside the house** and the buyer must be **nearby**, functioning as a direct trade between players.

⚠️ **Attention:** all items in the house will be automatically sent to the **former owner's Depot**.

### ⏳ Inactivity

* If the house owner **goes 10 days without logging in**, they **automatically lose the house**.
* The house will become available for purchase by other players.

> 💡 **Tip:** Always keep gold in the bank to ensure your house is not lost due to non-payment!

###  🔧House Commands

House Commands allow you to kick, invite and grant access to other characters:

**Alana Sio - Kick player**

* Alana Sio - Kicks yourself out of the house you are in
* Alana Sio "Player Name" - Kicks another player from the house

> Example: Alana Sio "Player1"

* You must have permission equal to or higher than the player being kicked.
* Only Owners and Sub-owners can kick other players

#### **Aleta Sio - Guest List**

Opens the house guest list. Guests can enter the house but cannot modify the list.

Accepted formats:

* **Player Name -** Include the player's name in the list:\
  \&#xNAN;*Example:*\
  Player1<br>
* **All players -** include the asterisk (\*) symbol in the list:\
  \&#xNAN;*Example:*\
  \*<br>
* **All Guild Members -** include @ + the Guild name:\
  \&#xNAN;*Example:*\
  @Guildname<br>
* **Guild Members with specific Rank -** Include Guild Name + @ + Rank Name:\
  \&#xNAN;*Example:*\
  Guildname\@rank<br>
* **Comments -** Allows adding a comment about a character or guild, use the "#" symbol at the start of the lin&#x65;**:**\
  \&#xNAN;*Example:*\
  *#* Friends

  Player 1 \
  Player 2<br>

#### **Aleta Som - Edit the Sub-owners list**

Opens the house sub-owners list. Sub-owners have full access to the house and can:

* Enter all areas
* Open/close all doors
* Edit the guest list (`aleta sio`)
* Kick guests
* **Not** allowed to edit the sub-owners list or transfer the house
