# Rarity Repair

The **Rarity Repair** is a tool created to fix attributes, enchantments and other characteristics of **items that have undergone updates** in Exordion.

### **Why was Rarity Repair created?**

On some occasions, we need to make **adjustments to items**. For example:

* In **Original Tibia**, the **Soft Boots** did not have **armor**.
* In **Exordion**, we decided to modify the **Soft Boots** to have **1 armor**.
* However, **Soft Boots that were already enchanted (+1 to +9)** **did not have the attribute updated automatically**.

The same can happen with other items in the future, as adjustments are made to improve balancing and the game experience.

### **How to use Rarity Repair?**

* The **NPC Elminster** sells the **Rarity Repair** for **100 GPS**.
* Just **use the tool on the item** that had its properties modified to **automatically fix** its attributes.
* This ensures that **old items** keep up with the changes made to new items.
