# Staffs Mages have always faced a challenging early game, depending mainly on runes to progress. To bring more balance and dynamism, we implemented a **complete system of Staffs and** [**Crafting**](/exordion-wiki/en/systems/crafting.md), allowing **Sorcerers and Druids** to evolve in a **more versatile, strategic, and fun way**! ### ⚙️ Types of Staffs There are **10 types of Staffs**, each one with **6 elemental variations**, allowing total flexibility depending on the type of creature you are facing: 🔹 **Base** | ⚡ **Energy** | 🔥 **Fire** | ✨ **Holy** | ❄️ **Ice** | 🌿 **Earth** In addition to unique attack styles, each Staff can carry **rare attributes, enchantments, and item power**, making each piece unique in your collection!

*** ### 📦 How to obtain? Staffs can be acquired in **various ways within the game**: * **Monster drop** * **Casino** * **Dungeons** * **Quests** * **Bosses** > ⚠️ Most will be found in the **Base**version, which **does not cause damage**. To activate its elemental power, you must enchant it through the [**Crafting**](/exordion-wiki/en/systems/crafting.md), keeping all the original item attributes. *** ### ⚔️ Scalable damage and attack mechanics The **Staffs have progressive damage**, increasing according to the **level and magic level** of the character.\ In addition, **each Staff has a unique damage formula**, offering different attack styles: * **Area:** Hits several enemies at the same time. * **Single Target:** Focuses on a single target. * **Condition:** Applies effects such as damage over time (DoT). * **Bounce:** The attack bounces between nearby enemies, dealing chained damage. * **Repeat:** Executes the attack more than once in succession, amplifying the damage.
